NEWS FROM AROUND THE COUNTY
As summer draws to a close, the 2007-2008 Hartford County Fire Emergency Plan calendar year is slated to begin on September 19th , at 19:00 hours. The first meeting will be held at the Bloomfield Center Fire Department,18 Wintonbury Rd., Bloomfield, CT. As always, your attendance is important and everyone, whether a career or volunteer firefighter, or someone who will be attending for the first time, is welcome as there will be a lot of information presented for discussion at our start-up meeting. Your input, thoughts, and ideas are greatly appreciated in our discussions. So on that final note, make the time, stop by and join us to see what we are doing to make things better for all.

MEMORIAL SERVICE'S AROUND
HARTFORD COUNTY
This year’s Hartford County Fire Emergency Plan 57th ANNUAL MEMORIAL SERVICE honoring deceased firefighters from the county will be hosted by the Windsor Locks Fire Department on Sunday, October 14th.
More details to follow in the October Hoseline. With respect to our fallen firefighters who have answered his or her last alarm in the past, and so that they are not forgotten at our Memorial Service, we are asking for each department’s help in providing a list of their names. The deadline for the information is October 3rd and can be forwarded to John Coelho at
